Tuscany at Lakepointe is part of the Affordable Rental Program. This is an income-based program designed to reduce the barrier of affordable quality housing for Lewisville residents.

1 Resident: $52,260 - 2 Residents: $59,700 - 3 Residents: $67,140 - 4 Residents: $74,580

5 Residents: $80,580 - 6 Residents: $86,520
