Tuscany at Lakepointe is part of the Affordable Rental Program. This is an income-based program designed to reduce the barrier of affordable quality housing for Lewisville residents.

1 Resident: $50,580 - 2 Residents: $57,840 - 3 Residents: $65,040 - 4 Residents: $72,240

5 Residents: $78,060 - 6 Residents: $83,820
